This project was a structural challenge to say the least, yet, very enjoyable. Parabolic roofs, interior glass catwalks over water, cantilevered concrete roofs and balconies, suspended stairs and a hidden spiral staircase to name a few. Some 15 pages of plans and details were needed for the roofs only.
