On December 13th Martin County registered the Jensen Beach Restaurant Plans on their system for processing; the Florida Division of Hotels and Restaurants registered the plans onto their system on December 14th.
On December 21st, only eight (8) days later, the plans have been approved.

Sam:
I reviewed the drawings with the architect and we came up with the following comments.
He was very impressed that there are so few, compared to the previous engineers with whom he had worked.
We may be making some changes based upon the desire of the contractor methods.
He said that the MEP was good enough as is for the time being.
We need these ready for Monday AM.
